SOCIAL CARE provider Potens has expanded its operations in North West England with the acquisition of Blackburn based Olive Tree Domiciliary Services Ltd (“Olive Tree”). Olive Tree are a specialist in providing domiciliary care for adults with learning difficulties and has enjoyed substantial growth since being established in 2011.
Olive Tree were advised by Matthew Catterall and Stephen Jarman of Taylors Solicitors Corporate Team, Barry Dickson and Alina Lord of Jackson Brierley Accountants and Paul Dodgshon of the Business Partnership Corporate.
