The partners at Taylors Solicitors are delighted to announce the promotion of four lawyers to Associate (L-R):
Stuart Beatson; Stuart joined Taylors in January 2014 from Pannone's after being admitted in 2009, Stuarts main quality is his range and versatility, and is able to provide support right across the restructure and insolvency department. Stuart puts his all into getting deals over the line under tight time pressures.
Liz Black; An Oxford graduate, Liz was admitted in September 2002 and joined Taylors from DLA in June 2008. Working closely with the Commercial Disputes Team, Liz has built a reputation as the go-to lawyer in Lancashire for shareholder disputes and professional negligence claims.
Charlotte Barron; Charlotte joined Taylors in 2006; she is a graduate of the University of Durham and was called to the Bar in 2006 before cross-qualifying as a Solicitor in 2010. Charlotte acts on behalf of SMEs in relation to interest rate hedging product claims, tailored business loans, treasury loans and the effect of bank restructuring services.
Tom Saville; Tom was admitted in September 2010 and joined Taylors in 2014 from Myers Lister Price. An integral part of the employment team, Tom excels in building strong relationships with owner-managed businesses in the North West. Tom has a 100% success rate at tribunal in defending claims for employers across the board on employment matters.
