The Corporate team at Taylors' Manchester office has acted for its client, London-based investment firm, Moygannon, on its acquisition of a significant minority stake in Winterhill Largo Group.
The transaction was handled by Taylors' Andrew Livesey and Stephen Jarman, who are both Partners at the firm.
Speaking of the deal, Andrew said, ‘We are pleased to have assisted Moygannon in completing this important strategic deal which will provide a platform for other further investments. We have worked closely with Moygannon and its principal, Roly Houchin, on a series of recent transactions and we look forward to working together in the future’.
Winterhill Largo, an asset valuation and recovery group, operates from offices in Manchester, Leeds, Horsham & London and was founded in 2010 when chief executive, Neil Duckworth's Winterhill merged with co-founder Paul Snook's Largo business.
The deal will see Paul Snook take on a role as consultant to the group with Neil Duckworth remaining in his role as Chief Executive and retaining his stake in the business.
