Following continued year-on-year organic growth at Lancashire-based niche commercial firm, Taylors, of 21% in the 2014 financial year and an increase of 24% in the previous year, Taylors is set to expand further with the appointment of the three-Partner Corporate Recovery team from Linder Myers.
The Partners with their support team have joined an enlarged Restructuring & Corporate Recovery team, headed by Andrew Livesey.
Managing Partner Elaine Hurn commented, "We are obviously delighted that the team has joined Taylors and very much welcome them to the firm. Their appointments represent an opportunity for significant growth, of not only our existing Restructuring & Corporate Recovery offering, but across the firm in a number of our key service areas serving our Lancashire-based clients. These appointments alone are anticipated to contribute an additional turnover increase of some 30%".
"Mark and the team are all very well connected in the Lancashire intermediary market and have a loyal following of a number of established corporate clients who, I am proud to say, are extremely supportive of the team’s move to Taylors and of the local and regional focus this brings to their relationships".
"We have exciting plans in the pipeline for further new members to join us in the coming months so it is indeed a very exciting time for the firm as we continue with our strategic growth across Lancashire and the wider North West market".
Speaking of the move, Mark Dennis said, "We are all excited at the opportunities joining Taylors gives us. As soon as we opened discussions, it became obvious that our client bases were very complimentary. We are already impressed with the very efficient management and organisation at Taylors, and feel at home with its business focus. We are all very much focused on developing the Taylors brand and practice".
