Taylors, the North West commercial law firm, has appointed Roger Clayson to its Commercial Property team, the firm's second appointment so far this year.
Roger, who joins Taylors as Associate, will be based at the firm's Manchester office and will support Colette Johnson, Taylors' Head of Commercial Property.
Roger joins the firm after running his own advisory business. Prior to that, he was Legal Director at Addleshaw Goddard and Head of Property and Interim Head of Legal at the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority.
His appointment closely follows Tom Saville joining Taylors' Employment team from Myers Lister Price last week as the firm continues with its growth strategy.
Speaking of his appointment, Roger commented, "I am really pleased to be joining the team at Taylors where I can support Colette in providing an excellent service to the firm's clients".
Elaine Hurn, Managing Partner, said, "Roger is a highly respected and experienced lawyer, and I'm delighted to welcome him to the team. His appointment will help strengthen our existing commercial property offering and allow us to implement another of our plans for the growth of Taylors as a leading commercial law firm serving the North West regional market".
