A recruitment specialist has made a trouble free opening of a new headquarters – and its first self contained office – located in Middlebrook, Bolton, supported by commercial solicitors Taylors.
Four Recruitment secured a 10-year lease from Orbit Investments for the Grade II listed – Lower House Farm building on Mansell Way.
The legal details of the contract were negotiated and completed within a short three-week timescale, allowing the company the time it needed to carry out preparatory works ahead of their move in April.
Angela Bhaseen, commercial property partner at Taylors, who acted for Four said: “The deal needed to be completed within a relatively swift timeframe because the company wanted to make sure it could continue to service its clients throughout the process. They wanted every aspect of the move to go as smoothly as possible.
“We worked hard, along with the landlord's solicitor, to ensure we completed the details in order to meet the deadline.”
