The Corporate team at Taylors has advised Medicina in its recent £6million investment provided by the Business Growth Fund.
Medicina, which is based in Bolton, works in the enteral feeding device sector and designs and distributes syringes, tubes and pumps which administer nutrition to a patient, both in hospital and at home. Its clients include the NHS and a number of homecare providers. The investment will support Medicina's growth plans in the UK and international markets, as well as new product developments and fund future acquisitions.
