One of the
UK’s fast-growing security companies
has expanded by buying Group
Response Global (GRG) out of
administration.Kingdom
Security bought the rival
Yorkshire-based firm securing 100 of
the 112 jobs that were at risk.
The Manchester office of award
winning North West law firm Taylors
Solicitors acted on behalf of St
Helens-based Kingdom Security on the
rescue deal.
Established in 1993, Kingdom
Security supplies fully-licensed
security guards, mobile patrols and
key holding services and is now one
of the largest UK wide manned
guarding specialists working with
organisations such as the NHS, Lidl
and The University of Manchester.

expansion with the acquisition of
GRG. When opportunities like this

strengthen our client base.”
