Elaine Hurn,
Managing Partner at North West law firm Taylors, has successfully
advised the shareholders of Lancashire-based specialist marketing
agency, Ignition NBS Limited, in selling the company’s entire share
capital to AXA Services. Andy Heap remains as Managing Director
under the new ownership.
Ignition NBS is a multi-award winning company which was established
in 2003. It provides innovative marketing and business development
services to general insurance brokers and the wider professional
services market via Ignition’s unique ‘Prospect Manager’ and
‘Loyalty Manager’ business growth tools.
The investment of financial protection provider AXA Services, a
subsidiary of AXA UK, will enable Ignition NBS to evolve its
services into new areas, and build on its success to provide brokers
with a competitive edge in the marketplace.
Ignition NBS will retain its independence as a separate organisation
outside of AXA’s structure and operational control.
Taylors continues to advise Ignition’s sister company, Ignition
Creative Business Solutions Ltd, which provides marketing and design
agency services throughout the North West under the direction of
Andy Chemney and Steve Kenny.
